The Misguided

 

There are some sites that have just a couple of pay sets available or who honestly are looking for small amounts to help keep their site running. I don't think they're out-and-out thieves. 

I bet if these sites could guarantee support, they'd remove the pay requirement from these sets. It's my hope that some gentle nudging and some unsolicited financial assistance will help these sites see that they've fallen prey to peer pressure.
